1 Introduction

6 Player Conduct & Fair Use

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 cv365's Right to Suspend

cv365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority.
• The account holder has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• We detect activity consistent with money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has engaged in abusive behaviour toward cv365 staff.

10.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach of terms has occurred, the balance will be returned to the player. If a breach is confirmed, cv365 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the specific nature of the breach.

11 Amendments to Terms

cv365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
